IMF and World Bank:  Some people think the World Bank and IMF can be reoriented to provide useful assistance to developing countries.  Other people believe the world’s poor would benefit from the abolition of those institutions.   How might international financial institutions be changed to avoid perpetuating the legacies of colonialism, or is that not possible?
